This class is a high energy, fun workout that is choreographed to music with a fast pace. It is an innovative blend of Pilates Mat work, low-impact cardio, and resistance training with various props. You will use light weights, bands, foam rollers, and power circles to elevate the heart rate, improve balance and stability, and tone the entire body.
