Morning Mindful Meditation with Mandy (MMMM) is a 20-minute sitting session starting at 7:00am. These sessions are sometimes silent, often guided and always healthy for the mind and spirit. Open to first-timers, curious minds, intermittent ruminators, or longtime sages. Join in at anytime during the month.
There is no fee to participate.
Donations are suggested. Contributions go to the Shoreline Food Bank.
