In this class, we combine the basic foundations of Pilates Mat work with the added resistance of the springs and bars on the Tower. This is a full body workout in which students will learn to work from the core out. The exercises are performed using a combination of props, springs, and bars to create additional resistance and/or assistance while performing the movements. The added resistance provided by the Tower springs encourages the development of strength, flexibility, and stability. This is a class that truly lengthens and strengthens the body like nothing else.
