Whether you call it jumping, rebounding, or bouncing…it is FUN! Most importantly, it is safe on your joints. This class is the perfect complement to Pilates and Barre, as it adds the very important cardio component. The class is broken up into segments both on and off the trampoline. In addition to jumping, you will get a balanced conditioning workout with the use of dumbbells and body resistance. As with all classes, every move can be modified to accommodate most fitness levels.
